Many many threads on this just search

To answer it helps only a little and most cheapy manifolds crack.

From what I've read there seem to be 2 major ones that give better all around power

Buschurs Ported Stock manifold - By far the cheapest
Full Race - By far the most expensive

Also to mention the o2 housing any ported brand or crafted ones seems to have just as good gains. This assumes your exhaust is free flowing becuase if its not you wont gain a bit

Roadspike said it all. On the stock turbo a ported stock factory manifold shows good power gains. To get five ponies more than that, you have to go to the beautiful Full Race tubular header, but it costs a pretty bit.

The rest of them(headers)...you're mostly misspending your income or inheritance. And again as RoadSpike points out, do the O2 housing, port the turbine housing, and replace the cat with a test pipe, while you're at it.

My customers MR has a megan racing mani. He gained about 9hp. It's cheap as far as price is concerned. Doesn't look bad either. He's had it on for about 6 or 7 months and he hasn't had any trouble with cracking or anything.
