i need help picking an intake. I drive an '03 lancer oz and im thinking about getting an AEM cold air but i also live in washington where it rains a lot. so im not sure if i should get a short ram or cold air? and if i get a short ram which would be best?

Itakes != forced induction. Supercharging & turbocharging = forced induction. As reddog said (more or less), asked and answered a billion times. There may be slight differences from brand to brand, but nothing that will knock your socks off. Try reading the existing threads.
