To fix your engine light, you need to go here...

https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...d.php?t=208195

I used this fix with my AMS TBE and no engine light for almost 1,000 miles
and yes, you will be able to hear the turbo spool a litte more with the TBE.

I'll give you a hint, not having a cat is what is causing the check engine light to come on. However, there are multiple threads on it so I'd suggest searching. All you have to do is by either a mechanical o2 fix or the o2 simulator deal that wires in and you're all set.

Yea, what everybody said. Cat-delete is an issue, as far as pssshhhhh sound - it's not cat-delete, so something is up. Sounds like an exhaust leak

I got the same Exhaust. The shhh sound is actual the Gases moving throught the DP. I heard the same thing and put it on the lift and had my freind give it a little gas.
