acd lights

acd lights

i just got my car back from transmission shop i put in an act clutch and flywheel and my tbe. Now ill be driving and all 3 acd lights come on what does this mean is it safe to drive

something is wrong with the system so your acd isnt working. drive carefully.

bring it to the dealer or back to the trany shop

back to the tranny shop first, dealer will tell you somethings wrong and you have to pay to fix it, since you have now modded your car. that is, if you have a warranty

tranny shop will not be able to help , you need special tool to bleed the ACD, ask if your trans shop removed the banjo hose fitting on top of the transfer case, to get your trans out , if he did thats your problem

i read that its possible that my fluid just might be above the max line. when i start my car the acd lights are normal then after driving and going over like a bumb all 3 lights will come on. Is there just to much fluid in there

do a search for bleeding ACD by fatbastard. you can do it without the tool. that shop was idiotic for not bleeding it or letting you know it needs to be bled since they obviously disconnected the line to pull the TC. make sure the proper fluid for the ACD unit is purchased from the dealer as most parrt stores don't carry it. i think it's ATF SPIII.

it happened to me before and the diffrential fluids was low and then dealership filled it then lights went away!

yeah youll have to top off the fluid then have the system bleed
