thinking about getting a lancer evo

Sup guys,
I currently drive an s2000, but I'm thinking about selling that and getting an Evo if I can find a deal for one. What sort of things should I watch out for when buying a used evo? Any help would help. Thanks in advance.

there isnt a whole lot to check for unless you have a mechanic check it out. but clutch is definitely the first thing. try searching a little bit and you will find out everything.

if you get a used car, expect the wear and tear items to be done first. tires, brakes, clutch. other than that it is a solid four banger with a turbo. alot of kids who buy these things complain about the wear and tear stuff and the minor things like paint or something. definately a keeper!

I think the most important thing to look for is the clutch. I would highly suggest you find one with most/all service records. Best advice I can really give.

well if it is used and you are going through a dealer then i would just take it to a reputable mechanic for an inspection... that prolly would be your best option...
