boost
would it be safe to run a manual boost controller at 18 - 19 psi with out a tune on 91 octane? Or should i wait till i have money to get it tuned

what mods do you have?

i'll assume you have TBE, drop-in, and MBC. So YES, because that is within the stock boost levels.

stock is 20.5 spiking to 22 psi and tapering to 16. I think 18-19 is safe- at the most 20.
