Congrats...Both your new evo and your sti look very nice! It's not a bad price. I paid just over $29k (plus TTL) for my IX gsr about 6 months ago.

Someone was trying to tell me that the 10yr/100k mile powertrain warranty was non-transferable...only the original owner would retain it. I'm not sure if this is true, but if it is I would rather pay a little more and purchase a new one. (plus you know that it wasn't abused early on)

But either way, you have a VERY nice Evo. Welcome to the community!
