Hello everybody. I just bought an 03 OZ on the 21st... already put 1300km on it haha. its a sick car.

i was looking for someone to possibly correct me on this.. i was reading up on the specs of the 03 OZ, does it have 120whp or more? because i was smoking some 2000+ celica's this weekend and i thought they were in the 130-140 range...

next, basic headlights vs projectors (depo blackened lights?) vs HID. (are HID& projectors the same?)


im new to the Lancer group so please be patient with me.

lancer has 120 break hp and about 100 or so whp.

 

Projectors are a type of headlight, HIDs are a type of light system.

one last question... projectors vs stock w/ xenons... is there a big difference?

 

No idea, only like 2 people have real projectors on here and they don't post much.

 

The Depo lights you are talking about are not projectors. They are just stock headlights with a black inner housing.

 

+1 ^ and u can make those or buy them cheap. jus look around on the sight its full of DIY stuff that other people sell.

ive got some stock head lights for sale as well.

 

Probably why they quit making the Celica. Not fast enough.
