I made 280 on a DD dyno when I had a 264/272 setup with the stock 03 Evo VIII turbo and cat delete. Granted this was an off the shelf 91 map.

The Dyno I was on was calibrated to read very similar to Andrew's. I would say your numbers are right where they should be

DD Dynos typically read 15% lower than dynojets. I agree completely though as it is generally a waste of time comparing them as they all read differently -- even from day to day.

I made 286hp there with my mods. Stock cat. They also said my Evo made good power for the mods it has. Guess every Evo is different.

Like everyone else said, every dyno reads differently.

torque is low in relation to whp but the boost is low, but that's also becuase you're on 91. the numbers seem fine to me for a DD. with the mod's in my sig and the same amount of boost I made 298whp on a DD. my old tune was very lacking though. now i'm making 308.5whp on my local DD. they read really really low.

to give an example, a brand new evo9 with a turboback (w/test pipe) put down 220whp on that same dyno.

On Andrew's dyno with similar mods, I made 292 whp on pump so your tune seems to be right on..

i think the short shifter and especially the bushings are hurting your peak power but its giving you a lil more tourque, but i dont think its worth the trade off....
