1. no boost or low boost - boost leak, bad turbo, or improper boost controller settings. I would think it should boost to wastegate spring pressure even with the boost controller off but not sure about that model.

2. squealy brakes are normal fare but check to see how much pad material it has. You can see without removing the wheels just look. Also you should be able to see the actual "squealers" that are designed to tell you when your pads are worn, If they are touching the rotors you need pads. Are the rotors grooved at all. Can you put your fingernail in any of the grooves?

3. Your description of the noise when taking a left is not adequate to give you any suggestions. Does it squeal, click, clack, grind? Does it do it under power or in neutral without gas? does it only do it if you turn the wheel all the way to lock or does it do it on slight left?

What is that where the cig lighter goes? Ignited Performance pushbutton ignition switch?

If you put it in first gear and depress the clutch and rev it does it go to 6K or 7.5K? This will probably tell you if it's got a tune on it. It's got an intake on it too so, intake, ebc, .. ??? what else. Does it have a turboback exhaust? Does it hae a Catalytic converter on it or has it been removed?

(obviously dont hold it floored with no load for longer than it takes to see if its got a tune and make sure it's warmed up before doing this).

yea as others have stated the painted interior pieces are as ricey as it gets. But I was into that like 20 years ago so I can't talk much. It's an easy fix, sand lightly and re-paint with specific interior auto paint. If you work at it you will be very surprised at the good outcome that can be obtained. And get that Big Ole Orange WhatChaMaCallItLight off of the dash...oh my Lordy...other than that it's a great starting point....keep it and slowly learn what you're doing like 99% of us on EvoM. If you enjoy Tuning cars then the Evo is the ONLY place to be right now.
