$800/ year for full coverage w/ State Farm. It's all about the discounts:
multiple car discount, good student discount, steer clear discount, life insurance discount, being a bad *** with an Evo discount... okay, I maybe made up the last one

I coverage used to 100/50/100 and i was paying $640/ 6months

Now I lowered it to 25/50/25 and paying $510/6months, 250 deductible in comprehensive and 1000 in collision, no rental, no medical coverage.

State Farm is my insurance company.

I only have 1 speeding ticket for last 3 years which is what State Farm looks at.

Others companies like Queco, all state look 5 years ago which is not good coz i have some violations hehe.

By the way, my sister works for State Farm and she's in my policy, that's why I'm getting 25% off premium, multiple car discount, good driver discount, etc

I can't even fathom paying over $150/month for the Evo insurance...
there's a phrase along the lines of "do you own the car or does the car own you?" I think when insurance THAT much money a month, the car owns you. I guess some people in this world have waaaaay more money than I do, or at least I hope with insurance rates like that.

Not that you need to take my advice, but I personally think 25/50/25 liability is a bit low. If you get into an accident, $25k per person isn't going to go very far and $25k in property damage isn't much either... I personally have 250/500/200 and think that's a bit low, but I should really just get blanket coverage. *reminds himself to call State Farm agent*
