whats up with my car

i have tbe,ss o2 housing, fuel pump, intake, licp, mbc set at 21 psi on 91 oct. and a jestr email flash. Heres my problem i took my car to the track and its only trapping 97 mph and only running a 13.4 but that could be cuz my ****ty 1.8 launch. Ive been having problems with my boost tube popping off the licp so i was thinking now that theres a boost leak there. But im not sure what else could be wrong with my car thanks.

Do a boost leak test. Are you shifting fast?

do you have a boost gauge? if so what is it reading?

you definitely should perform a boost leak test

You can get with ImportImage here on the boards about Forge boost hoses, and other vendors I'm sure.
Then follow this link and get some T-Bolt clamps:
https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...d.php?t=195523
(you can also order a boost leak test adaptor from the t-bolt clamp site.)

try a boost leak test, and I recommend that you swap out your 8 dv valve for an mr dv valve, holds more boost
