okay, so finally i have decided to buy brand new tb evo ix se
but unfortunately the one i went to the dealership has it but has 400 miles on it.
they do have silver se that has only 10 miles on it. i really want the black but i prefer a car that has very low mileage.

So here's the question...

*is it safe to buy a car that has driven almost 400 miles not knowing how they
used/abused the car?

*if you're on my situation would you pick the color of your choice even it is
used almost 400 miles or would you get the car that is not your favorite color
but is a brand new never used car that has 10 miles on it?

what you guys think? anything will help.

I would not settle for any other color than the color you set out to get. But yes I would be a little concerned about the 400miles....

Give SportMitsubishi a PM. He works at Sport Mitsubishi in Orlando... maybe he can get you a black SE!

 

the only thing that would scare me is how much clutch life was robbed from you in those 400 miles... I'd be scared because you know anyone test driving an evo is gunna say "i wonder if this actually does 4.8" on another note, you could always wait until another one is available or go to another dealership... thats just me though good luck with your decision

 

get one with low mile like 10 to 20 mile, you want to break in your car, you dont want others to do that...

I would not buy the car with 400 miles unless they knocked off at least 3k from the price of the silver car. There is no doubt in my mind that the car was beat on.
