I know this is on 100oct. Look at the list of mods and also the pic of his engine bay. He has a lot of stock parts on that car still.

I'll be honest; it sucks living in Cali and being a car guy. . . . .
So my question is, what mods can be done to an IX evo in California and still have a cop not know its modded. I know things like ecu and cams a cop couldn’t tell, but what other mods could be done?
Also how much power & tq at the wheels could an ix make and still look stock?
