Bent Wheel Question
Bent Wheel Question
Hi guys I was wondering if there was anything I could do about the bend in my wheel. The tire still holds air but I dont feel safe driving on it because Im afraid it might blowout or something. Is there any way to bend it back without scratching or dinging up the lip? Any help is appreciated.
Well you can send the wheel to this place, they are one the best. Also you can e-mail the pictures and they will give u a quote.

i bent the lip of my fn01rcs like that and they are still fine. Haven't had time to repair those so i'm running different rims right now, but i ran those for another 10,000 miles and they have been holding up, no blown tire or anything. But i'd get that fixed as soon as you can, and if the wheels aren't too expensive, buy a new set, cause they will charge you 100-200 to get it fixed... and for my fn01rcs... not worth it.
Does it wobble when driving? Wheel shake? Able to balance?
If it's alright, but just the visible bent then you can fix it. If it wobbles or shakes when driving then it's bent from the center. Then it can not be fixed.
I just turned mine in yesterday (it cost me $229 per wheel) I have ce28 19". To get it perfect they strip the paint, heat the wheel up and starighten it, then re-paint it. Check for something local, there should be wheel repair shops

Hey thanks for the reply guys. I tried banging it straight with a rubber mallet but it wasnt budging. I guess im just gonna grab the phone book and look in the yellow pages for wheel repairs shops. But if they really charge $100 to repair it, i might as well buy a brand new one for $175.
any wheel shop?? something like discount tire shop or? cause i just bought a set of Work Vsxx off of my friend, one of the rim is curbed it's not too bad but still like 6 inch's on the lip. i was wondering if a shop can fix that too?
