when do you need a flash?
yeah agreed with basically everyoen here. your car wont run to its optimum potential when adding new parts. and just get a base flash (which you can definitely find at a cheap price) to make sure that everything will work right

come up here to york, PA. CBRD speedfactory does awesome custom tunes for less than that on his brand new mustang dyno. plus, they're great people to work with. read my review in the vendor, services and tuning reviews section. CBRD chimes in and you could send him a PM about a tune for ya.
I don't know, but you don't have to get a "custom dyno flash" each time you get tuned. You can get $50 eflashes until you're ready for a full custom tune, at which point you can pay $250-500 depending on the tuner.
you definitely need to flash/tune all that stuff. to get anything out of the $ your going to spend you need to make an apointment with a tuner and let them know the mods you are intending to make and then tune on a dyno to those mods. your stock ems is not equiped to efficiently handle all that additional air flow or fuel. your car will run but not as well as it could.
