370whp is no problem at all if tuning for better fuel is an option (i.e., E-85, meth, high octane gas).

HAHA I cracked open that same magazine the other day. It had an evo on the cover so it caught my eye. Super Street... right? then I realized that I was looking at a Super Street magazine & quickly returned it to the rack. That magazine is riceboy garbage IMO.

Anyhow.... 370 can for sure be reached without internals or a bigger turbo on the IX. It can actually be reached many ways.... there isn't a concrete path to follow to reach 370hp. Cruise the forums & learn while you research.

2-4k should do the trick. the cheap end could be had by buying used parts on here from other members

Dyno will tell. Considering how many dyno types there are and how each one is not at all set up the same, It would be unfair or unsafe to say exactly what you can make and how to make it... Proper break on of the motor plays a big role in WHP... Also driver habits. Then parts do to, and who makes em. IMO I try to look at only average whp made, power band is more important to me.
