First mods.
dont mess with the intake at all without a tune on a IX, and I wouldnt go upping your boost without a tune either. Exhaust you should be ok as long as your not hitting fuel cut from your boost going up a bit
have to disagree. i did a base dyno, after parts dyno, and after tune. you can find the results here:
https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...d.php?t=267392
to sum it up, my 9 gained 24.2whp on just parts. "just parts" were the ebay 3" TBE and perrin HFC.
the value of getting a tune is obvious. however, there are meaningful gains to be had with the mods you listed.

1. max boost increased after parts. at all RPM, boost was greater, after parts.
2. draw a rough trendline from about 3400-7000 RPM and you'll see that, after parts, there is less deviation about the norm. and the slope of the trendline is less steep.
so, a little more boost that doesn't drop off as hard and the motor generates more and smoother power. my subjective driving experience agrees with that.
so, long story short, enjoy the exhaust! the sound alone is worth like 5hp!
