If the offset was different then the wheels would stick in or they would strike the calipers, so yes you would know...

The STI Wheels wont fit at all... offsets are off by far. I would sell your rims you have now and get something you like, That will fit. Just know that VOLK, ADVAN and brands like that, are rare and not likely to be in stock.

Check with your venders first so you dont have to wait 60-90 days to get your wheels. You can air ship some but for 500$ (just for shipping). PM if you have questions (I used to work for a vender on here so I can tell you what are good deals and which are great!) Good luck!!!

You have something that is rare among the rare...I would keep them...but if you are dead set on trading I will drive to Miami and trade you my 05 VIII wheels for your SE wheels, they will fit.

you can run an 05+ sti wheel. you will need about a 10mm spacer all around. that would make the offset usable.

I would still make the trade. Take the 1k and sell the sti rims/tires. I would expect you to get another 400 or so (complete guess).

+1

If you don't care for the BBS's (which I think are sweet) then you could have at least $1400-$1600 to buy something you do like.... Just buy a set of BBS's from this board for like $800 cash, get the $1000 and his rims and make a nice profit.

The SE wheels are diamond polished BBS...pretty much shiny silver MR rims.

you don't want to mess with spacers unless you are getting longer wheel studs.but sounds like a good trade if you can unload them.

if its the gold sti rims then go for it, red with gold rims is sex. but i dont think the sti wheels fit.

^^ Poor girl, every guy guy here now wants to help !!! But I do agree red with gold would look good. But they wont fit, even with a spacer, you would be in to deep $$ wise, by the time you would get them to fit. Unless you have a spare set of wheels that will fit layin around, or your fine to wait a week or two for new ones, dont do it. Good luck!
