Would you make this trade?

I was offered $1,000 and the rims and tires from an Sti for my rims and tires from my 06 evo se.

Should I do it? Would you?

It sounds good but I think I may be getting taken advantage of.

Thank you in advance

Do you have any pics of the rims in question? Also, do you like the rims and will they fit?

^^^^That's what I 'm saying. I would just try to get more money out of him and not take his wheels and tires. Then you have an excuse to buy aftermarket for yourself.

well the stock rims bolt pattern for subarus is 5x100 so theyre essentially worthless to you...you need to get some steelies to use in the meantime

not The newer subarus I think in 05 they changed the lug pattern to 5x114.3 like our evos. As long as the car is a 05 or newer sti they can swap wheels no problem. But wait a minute. Why trade the SE wheels? I mean you bought it because it was a SE so why trade the wheels that make it a SE??

just check the spacing, as long as they are from an 05 or newer the bolt pattern is the same

I do not have any pics.

I have about 3,000 miles in my tires

They are stock evo se rims and stock sti rims.

I would plan on selling the Sti rims, not right away, but at some point, he told me I could get 600-800 for them.

Yes, thats me in my avatar and hi.

We would make the switch together so if they didnt fit on my car we would go through with the trade. Would I know right away if they didnt fit?

Thanks for the help guys.
