When im bout to hit 80mph i feel like something is vibrating or clicking in a sorta vibrating manner. What can this be.. any ideas... ?

also anyone know how much a FRONT LOWER CONTROL ARM is Drivers side, mine is bent and i just noticed it. I bought it like that cause i have hardly drove the car. (do you think this could be) ? i found this out because i went to get it aligned and the guys there told me.
