i have a stock ix MR and i raced my buddies evo8 and i pull him. hes got exhaust airfilter and a flash. hes also had his car about two years longer then me

 

he have to be bad driver or very bad flash. try change cars and you will see.
air filter + exhaust + flashed 8 vs stock IX MR/wont matter it's a MR, just for the record,RS is faster/ the stock 9 vs modifed 8 the modifed 8 is faster period.

 

just as long as youre not granny shiftin' double clutchin like ya should... and make sure that 100 shot of nos doesnt blow the welds on the intake....

if he doesn't have a flash(and from your 1st post it doesn't appear so), i think it would be close to an even race with the same driver in both cars. whoever is the better driver would probrably win this one. he doesn't have enough of a power advantage to make up for bad driving.

 

i think this would be a very close race but i think the ix would pull slightly the ix's are no joke.
