here's my issue, everytime i drive my car for long periods of time, say an hour, when i finally stop driving and just park and idle. my rpm dips down to like 500rpm and jumps back up to 900-1000rmpm. it'll do this a few times then be ok then a few seconds later it'll do it again a few more times. it basically doesn't stop doin this until i shut off the car. my mods are listed in my sig. i was thinkin it may be my greddy rs bov? or my maf sensor? any ideas?

 

could be the bov... i used to have the greddy rs as well and had similar problem..
i was tired of adjusting it so i replaced it with another one

 

yea i bought that before i knew any better. if i had done research before hand, i would not have got it. but that was evo lesson number 1, research. i'm tryin to get a ix/mr bov now.

 

I just started having the same issue recently with no changes to car for about a year. I am thinking dirty maf and dirty cone filter.

 

thats what i have now and nothing is better
unless ur running a bigger turbo

 

it was the greddy rs bov. just got my jdm bov in over the weekend. its been great, my car feels a lot better.
