does this reguire a new tune or not

I have pretty much all the basic bolt ons for a Evo minus the 02 housing and a bigger fmic. I got flashed by Jestr so all the mods would work together and well its common since to get it flashed. However, I have a MBC and its still running factory boost so it ok to turn the boost up a few pounds to say 21-22 or would I need a whole new tune/flash? I already have a 255 fuel pump to handle the fuel part so its ok to turn it up or not?

with the fuel pump you should get reflashed. Just e-mail jestr and he'll hook you up

Depends on what the car was tuned for, if it was tuned for 11.0 a/f on 93octane, you can turn up the boost slightly and still be safe, although ALL the parameters wont be in "spec" as they would be now. Load figures can change by raising boost so it wont be a dead solid, say, 11.4a/f with a slightly higher boost, whereas it COULD be a dead solid 11.0 all the way across the board with the boost settings it's at now. Either way, you CAN turn up the boost slightly depending on where the tune was at before raising the boost. If it's at say 11.7-8 a/f now with increased timing I personally wouldn't raise boost unless you have a wideband to see where the a/f's sit. HTH

me personally I stay around 11.3. you don't want to run to rich, but your safer running rich then too lean! try and stay around 11.0-11.6
