Can you guys that do/have used a Electronic Boost Controller such as Greddy, Blitz, or Apexi AVC-R give your opinions on them. Out of the three listed which is the better buy? Thanks

 

i had a greddy, it worked very well. your not asking this but, for the money you can get a mbc and other gofast mods....

 

Love my profec. Never had any issue at all. No spike and taper is very minimal.

 

I have the HKS EVC 6 its a great contoller.

 

i heard greddy profec has problems. i searched it before and a lot of problem threads came up.

 

The issue is people dont know how to set it up. Its a pita if you dont know what your doing

 

Well i have the greddy boost controller and i am having problems on just boosting i tried every way in what people have told me on installing it and i still cant boost. if you can help please do.

Love my AVC-R, some find it complicated to use.

 

If you're going to go with HKS, Blitz, Apexi, or Greddy EBC, I don't think anything can go wrong as they all make quality products.

I think some tuner magazine did some EBC comparison a while back and for some weird reason the blitz would make more power (a few hp more). I have no idea why so don't ask me. Maybe their solenoid works better or something.
