IX MR smokin bad

before I got the tune when you first got on it 4-5000(even after warm) there would be a trail of noticable black smoke. After the tune I cant notice anything from in the car like I used to but every 2-3 days my bumper is covered in soot from the exaust. Anyone else have this? seems to be running alright, just wondering.

A rich tune is a safe tune.

I believe if you're running a cat-less you will get more build up on the bumper.

To rich a tune you will wash your rings away and the black smoke will turn to blue smoke.

what are you talking about. There is no way a rich tune will wash away your rings. I dont know where your getting your info from, but that is def not true. Your rings in your motor are designed to have gas sprayed on them, and there are not going to wear away by getting to much gas on them. They wear away from being to lean, and knocking. Get the facts straight before you chime in please.
