It's a simple equation, horsepower=cubic dollars. Turbo back is your best bet. Doing one or the other is half assed and you'll wind up putting it all on anyways.

out of those 3, a tbe. then get yourself a tune to make the most of the parts you put on

 

I am just wondering why you would even consider an exhaust manifold as your third modification??? Dude get a TBE w/ a Test Pipe or HFC and a retune and you will gain atleast an extra 20whp.

 

toss in a mbc, fuel pump, and intake before a tune

 

TBE would be the one on those choices, and the stock exhaust manifold is good enough for the stock turbo and if you want more just have it ported and you will be happy
