rear diff wtf just happened

today i just changed my read diff oil and ive NEVER had a problem with any noise untill just now.. as i was making a left onto my street (car was in neutral) as i slowed down/started to turn the car was making this nasty grinding noise and it did it as i was slowing down into my driveway as well.. i used 80W90 for my oil.. is that was it causing this?

I has similiar issues but from the front only during a sharp turn. Mitsu said it was normal, I called BS and changed out the differential fluid and WHAM no more problems. If i was you, I would change out with OEM mitsu fluid. What fluid did you use?
