Question Problem after new parts

I'v recently installed some parts to my car and somehow it dicreased in power and became alot slower than before, my car only had an exhaust system and downpipe on it, i just added a piping kit, turbo outlet, intake pipe, oil cooler and a 265 fuel pump without a tune.
The car does boost, but i have this weird supercharger whistle after installing the parts, is it a leak? is it possible the car is running rich with the fuel pump + no tune? is it knocking somehow?

Any Ideas? Thanks in advance.

not 100% sure, but i know you definately don't add an intake without a tune (nor a fuel pump i would think)

that whistling is just air going into the intake. i would suggest getting tuned for the pump and intake.

the majority of people that put intakes on (myself included) noticed a decrease in power.. as do I

its only the intake pipe on the stock airbox, its been done to alot of evos here and they all gained power without a tune + i cant get tuned here (over seas).

When i say slower i mean REALLY slower, slower than only having an Exhaust + downpipe, its deffinently a problem not just a tune issue.

I have a feeling its the weird supercharger whistle sound, is it possible a piping kit makes that noise?

Yup, check for leaks and get a tune. Without a tune and some possible knock puuling timing would definately make it lose power.

i know w/the intake pipe itself you'll definatly hear the turbo spool, (its loud), and you'll hear the bov

+1

The fuel pump is making it run richer = less power.
if you have a boost leak it will also affect power. in addition, if the leak is after MAF, this is further making the car run richer

You can always get an email tune if you order a tactrix cable so it would matter where you were in the world.
