I don't do that unless I just ran the hell out of it and didn't drive easy for a mile or so to let it cool down.

 

im looking for a downpipe and the evo mr BOV. has anyone found decent prices, and where can i find them? i heard the turboxs downpipe was one of the best for evos, any other suggestion?

 

get rid of the blow off valve and buy a stock evo 9 valve instead. your probably losing power, and your AFR are probably insane durring shifts.. which is probably why ur car shakes after most shifts right?

i have one for sale actually if u want to get rid of that POS hks, or w/e bov u have

 

aight heres my problem now.... my boys gotta 06 sti. he knows what hes doing to his sti cuz its a beast but should i be listeneing to him about mine? anyways i took out that crap SSQ BOV and i replaced it with the stock EVO VIII BOV. now i feel a real power loss. i am hoping that the EVO 9 MR BOV will help get some power back. i just changed it a couple hours ago, and i dont feel any pull . Is this a BOV problem. I hope it is since its all that i messed wit.
Also, how much boost is a stock VIII pushing? i heard out 14 psi. how much can the EVO 9 MR BOV handle.
