I have no problem when I turn mine off with my TT shutting down but I heard other evos with similar prob up by me

same here its normal... and it does sound like relays clickin on and off.

Same noise in my car coming from my intake manifold, I believe is one of the relays. Coming from other performance cars like the STI, the Evo makes alot of strange noises. Don't worry is nothing serious.
