boost gauge vs blitz dsbc

I just installed my blitz dsbc spec s boost controller, which in itself contains a boost gauge. so i have a vacuum line leading from my intake manifold into the car and then teed into the Autometer boost gauge and the blitz unit. the problem is, the gauge is reading lower than the blitz unit. the unit will show a spike of 22 psi, yet the gauge shows nothing over 20, all in all id say the gauge is off by about 2 psi. so should i go off of my boost gauge or my blitz, and if they are run from the same line and everything, why the difference? bad boost gauge?
