Fluids help please

I tried using GM and penzoil synchromesh and in the winter I couldnt shift into reverse or 1st gear without warming up the car for 15 minutes. I USE OEM all the time now and I never have any problems. 80,000 miles and going on 340 whp.

80,000miles! wow! when did you get your timing belt done? right at 60k? i'm about to hit 60k and im curious if I can wait til about 62k to get my timing belt done

^ I'm at around 65k, I replaced my timing belt at about 34k with the Power Enterprise Kevlar Belt.

Yeah, but I was getting cams and head studs done so I just replaced the belt too.

he does. he says to run the diaqueen lsd for street cars, but does say for race cars that the redline heavy shockproof is what he reccommends.

With a question like this, I don't think the OP should be trying to change out the oils on his own.

But, if you must, Redline makes an all-in-one package with fluids for engine, tranny, diffs. Costs like $100. Go to their website. It's call a Powerpack and made specifically for the Evo. I run it in my car.
