Why is my post count fluctuating?

I get on, & somedays its 65, then by the end of the day, its back down to 58ish... I've averaged 60 posts on the dot now for about 1 week now & no matter how much I post (not whoring, neccessarly) , it always comes back down. Never saw anything about this in the rules.

Best guess is that if a thread that you posted in was moved to an area that does get credit towards post count, you lose credit for those posts. This happened to me a couple of times when I was trying to hit the 100 post mark.

Don't expect this post to be counted as one, either.

It is if you want to get the count up to post in the forsale section.
I've been here for 2 years and look at my count. I always end up
in a place where my post don't count. This really sux.
This won't count either when they move it to OT.

I guess I didnt notice a 'contact admins' section... so I felt this forum as appropiate. I've been a member for over a year now, just surfing over things & just picked up my first EVO. I was curious as why the count fluctuated; it isnt life like you might be trying to make myself look out to be.

Sometimes this happens because:

1) A thread you posted in is moved to an area of the forum that doesn't count towards the total. A list of these can be found in the rules.
2) A post of yours is deleted for violation of said rules. I haven't looked into your account, but you'd know if it was.
3) If we determine a person is post whoring, typically we remove a good number of their posts. (Again, don't know if this applies here)
4) Some areas of the forum such as, but not limited to: Regionals, Off-Topic, Newbie/FAQ do not count towards your total. See the rules for more examples.

Hope this helps. Now moving to Newbie/FAQ.
J.D.
