Can I adjust angle on Megan CB?

Waiting to get a CF Shield, but my Megan CB is almost touching the bumper as it has a slight angle to it, is there anyway at all to adjust how the Megan CB hangs? I've got the stock rubber hangers, any advice?

My Megan fits for sh*t... I'm gonna take it to a shop and have them redo the metal rods that go into the hangers.

It touches the bumper among other things.

i got the megan also and it burned the inside of my bumper as well... oh well though.. just another reason to save up for the jdm rear bumper. and then get the megan redone to custom fit it.

why is it that the catback will burn through your bumper but not the shield? Is CF really that more heat resistant or is it coated? Is that the case or is it just take longer to get to the bumper since its gotta burn through 2 layers?

Either way I'm really Hoping that the Shield will solve any problems I might have with burning/yellowing!

Sounds like you guys were sold or delivered the wrong model years for your cars... matter of fact, that WILL cause those exact problems. I've only had one customer get screwed that way and I'm still fighting with Megan over it! The only other reason would be the downpipes/delete pipes you are using. However, usually it's a case of using an 03 system on an 05 and up (some 04's) Evo.

I should have the IX model. TTP confirmed that it was from the picture. the IX seems to have a JDM angle....

It fits, just angles too close to the bumper
