You have a good list. I would skip Head studs, UICP, mini battery and keep the stock intercooler while on stock turbo. If you dont mind intake sound, than get a good intake like HKS RS Reloaded and also upgrade the O2 housing to an e-bay unit. Also dont waste money on ported stock manifold 
Dont think I am a hater for not suggesting those parts - I have APS intercooler, Injen UICP, Mini Battery and Full Race Stock Turbo Manifold - IMHO, they are not worth it on the stock turbo. Hey but its your money
