Just signed up over here so I could start doing mod research before I buy an EVO.

I come from about 5 years of Subaru experience spread out over two beloved Subies...

And you can bet the Evo will be built up to the same exacting detail. Looking forward to doing something different for once! I've always had a soft spot for the Evos ever since I first got into WRC and saw the Evo VI years ago. I saw the Evo VII shortly after it was released at the Geneva Auto Show and said "If that ever comes over the pond, I am SO getting one." Well, the Subie came first so you know what happened. But now I'm going to the "dark side" and getting myself an Evo to play with.

Already have a few sponsors carrying over from the Subies and will definitely be racing the Evo. Primarily we race at the Silver State Classic Challenge (http://www.sscc.us) and the Subarus handled it well (even though it's really the exclusive playground of American Muscle), so I'm excited to see how the Evo handles it.

Well, that's about all. Can't wait to get an Evo!

Very nice looking cars man -- I would love to get into rally and as soon as I move back to Carolina its a done deal...it is picking up fast there.

Welcome. White is def the best color for the STi and Evo

 

Plastic plating? You mean the color parts in the engine bay? Those are all aluminum parts I came up with. Sold them for awhile too.
