HELP!!!! what are these noises........

I've had my car since march. and just this morning i turned it on to warm it up. had the ac on...within the cabin i hear this fast ticking on the passengers side...sounds like its under the glove box....any ideas evom? the noise only happens when the ac is on....ugh....

Mine does the same, I think it's normal. AC just sucks power from alternator and revs drop a little. Does opposite when heat is on, revs increase a little at idle.

Sounds to me like it is a leaf or some other object stuck on your blower fan, or maybe something stuck in one of your heating/cooling vents or routing plastics. Look around nad turn the blower on full nuts and off again... see if it sounds like that or if it is coming from the motor (Which I highly doubt). You might have to take your heating/cooling filter out to clean whatever the obstruction is.

i've looked couldnt find anything.....popped the hood and ticking appears to be coming from rear of engine near firewall.....member only when the ac is on that it does this...anyone else?

taking to dealer.......guess it is a leaf er something.........but just going to bring it to them to let them know i'm concerned just incase something really breaks so later on they cant say i dont have a warrenty of some sort of crap ionno.....just really typing now...

I have had the same ticking noise on my nine --it is not loud at all --you can barely hear it with the hood down so I am not concerned ---cause it still fast as hell!!
and you can't hear it over that sweet screamin engine/turbo !!!!

It is a solenoid back there, and it is normal. I had the same Gremlin I think:
