Wtf I Needdd Booosst

Hey guys I have a major problem. I just bought an RS valve and came home to visit family and toook my dad for a ride and noticed I wasnt able to boost past 14 psi. I switch back to my stock valve same problem. So I decided to turn my hallman all the way down 14psi still. I turn it all the way up same result 14psi. I dont have a leak checker so im screwed. Dont see no loose connection or anything so im wondering if anybody have an idea of what it is please help me out.

you have a leak some where. Or you can try re-setting your ecu and see if that helps
