just installed new clutch,flywheel,tob,

hey everyone, just finished installing the act clutch/flywheel combo that i got from chris at nolimitmotorsports who is a great guy. ive bought all of my parts from him and they are a great shop...anyone, as it has been said, a clutch install is NOT fun by any means on an evo! My father and I started around 10:30 and finished up around 3. just to let anyone know for future refrence, when you are "trying" to take off the transfer case, see if you can pull the spline out through the tranny, it will make life much easier as it did for me. after an hour of prying and shaking, when i lowered the tranny, the spline started to fall out and i had to laugh because it was as simple as that...i looked up the steps on www.evomoto.com just incase i ran into any trouble but just to let you guys know, there is nothing in reference to removing the spline that goes through the tranny. it will save a good amount of time.

After it is all said and done, im 110% happy with the act clutch/flywheel, feels close to stock. " peddle is a little stiffer"...i have no clutch chatter and it grabs extremely nice....

if anyone has any questions about a clutch installation for an evo, feel free to respond to this thread. i know about anything and everthing that this job consists of.
