What Mitusbishi means with the "FQ"? What is the full word for "F" and "Q"?

I always thought it was 'Ford Quality' or 'Fairly Quiet' ....perhaps the number is for a weight, and FQ is for 'Fat Qhicks'...the number stands for how much she can weigh and you car will still be as fast as a 'regular' evo
