Best 50 bucks ever spent!

I would just like to say that the fifty dollars i spent on my TTP e mail flash was well worth it. after the flash my car pulled harder especially on top end and had zero knock when i logged it. and the two step is sweet makes launching alot easier. i just want to thank the guys at TTP for their awsome map.

Only $50 for a flash? Can someone fill in an EVO noob? What exactly does the flash change? Does it vary by tuner? Do I send my ECU and get it back in a few days?

^ First you have to order a tactrix cable (89$)
Then you download your stock map using the cable, a laptop, and download ecuflash.
Then you email that image to TTP, or whoever you want to do your flash. And include what mods you have etc. Then they will send you a new map and you just load it in almost the same way that you read your stock image.

Hope that helps!

The flash changes your fuel maps and timing maps (and adds the 2-step lauch if you don't already have it)

If you have mods, you NEED to get a flash to get the full power potential of your mods, and also to make your car run right with the mods

Even if you don't have any mods, a re-flash will give you anywhere from 10whp to 25 whp depending on the tuner and tune.

try searching/learn in ECUFlash forum. only takes a few days to learn how to flash/log, etc...
