When to upgrade fuel pump?

When is it necessary to upgrade the stock fuel pump on an 03 evo?..to perhaps a walboro fp.

it is recommended to upgrade your fp when you get your first flash, dyno tune, or road tune. cheap insurance

what i did was installed a boost gauge, hallman mbc, tbe. i then installed my fuel pump and intake the day before my flash. youll be okay running the mbc (at stock psi) and tbe longer without a flash.

I would do this:

fuel pump
boost gauge
manual boost controller
turbo back exhaust
air filter
tune

+1 as soon as you wanna turn that boost up a tad bit, your gonna need a fuel pump
