Post counter

I thought I wasn't a noob but I just can't figure something out. Why is it every time I post my counter doesnt go up anymore?! Am I missing something? Is there somewhere in the forums that don"t count?

Yeah, I noticed that too. I think that there are some small problems with the site. It was acting very slow a couple of days ago as well.

Posts in certain Forums (such as the Newbie forum and Off-Topic) doesn't increase your post count.

What 97TSiAWD said. And all the "+1" "cool car" "that's sick" posts don't count either. It's got to be meaningful post. For instance, I won't get credit for this post...

My post count has been at 587 for the past two weeks and I rarely will post on newbie/off-topic threads. Also the counter has no way of deciding for its self the relativity of any given post, and I'm sure the mods are too busy to be looking at every post to add to the counter for each person.

EDIT: I'm confused My post count just went up. Wtf
