SE front lip
SE front lip
Does it come pre painted from gruppe s and is this the best place to buy it?
Also does it work with the IX MR undertray and zero lift kit? Is it east to install?

i just bought one for my bf's IX MR & was thinking of getting one for my VIII.. Gruppe-S is pretty expensive for a lip + paint. they ask for $400 painted & shipped. i got one from Spins4 at Westboro Mitsubishi and he charges $200.00 for the lip unpainted and +/- $65 for shipping. He also sells the extra pieces to make it fit if you need them. he's very nice and very helpful. i suggest getting it painted & installed for a lotttt less at a Mitsu dealership. Seeing you're a fellow LIer, try Smithtown Mitsubishi.. what part of LI are you in?
oh hmm, then Smithtown might be a little hike for you lol. I would look up Spins4 on here, and PM him or give him a call. He could have it painted for you too, but you might know a place that's cheaper. Plus, if you have the ability to bring your car in for when they paint it, they have a better chance of matching your color accurately. that's just my .02 though.

But she is right, I do sell the SE front lip (pre painted white by Mitsu, sorry, that's just how they do it), for $200.
Then like Tiffany was saying, I also have the additional brackets needed if you still have the factory front splash shield. All 3 together run about $80.
Shipping, well thanks to UPS, it usually runs $65-$85 (CA mainly).
As for me having it painted, Body shops around here charge me $175 a lip, which is steep, but its done right. But again, Like Tiffany said, you truly would be better off having it painted yourself. I know what alot of body shops due is put in a paint code, and folor color blending purposes, the computer will print "chips", that the shop then takes and matches the closest to your car, and from there use that mixture, that that chip calls for.
Ok..done rambling
