Evo vs Eclipse
i can't believe you posted that. You're comparing a world known rally championship AWD car to an eclipse? Come on man that's like comparing apples to oranges. I'd pay every dollar for an evolution for what is has to offer. I drove an '07 eclipse GT
. But my girlfriend liked it, not me. That's why I have an Evo. The eclipse is more of a girls car.

eclipse is most certainly a chick car. i would even buy that car for a DD and still keep the evo. In those class of cars i would go with the HONDA side of the house. economy efficient and cheap. Honda is better with longevity i think with econo cars.....................was quite a chuckle though to see this topic....lol

i spent less than 2k (granted i did all the labor) and made... as you see in my sig.
300whp -330wtq (stock block, stock head)
Right now, if someone was looking to get a 3g to mod, could find one with blown motor, build the motor w/evo head then awd it...for about 12k. maybe 16k if they paid someone to do it for them.
4G... will be hella expensive to build. -i agree.
you picked the wrong 3G trim to mod.

First and second gears were a joke. The 3G sub frame was junk. The 3G CV joints and axles are not made to hold any real power at all.
