Next step in mods

I'm trying to figure the next way to go in mods. Currently got Megan manifold, 3" DP, HFC, full 3" cat-back Hallman MBC @ 21psi also got an injen UIC and intake to put on. Then it's getting mellon tuned. I'm thinking fuel pump and a re-tune.

Good choice in tuner, but bad choice in manifold.

I would go ahead and get the fuel pump before you get tuned. That will make things easier on you.

Seeing as you live in the south, I would suggest a bigger IC, then cams.

Might as well do the ARP headstuds when you do the cams.

Manifold wasn't my choice, was already installed when i got the car. I'm picking the stocker back up next week sometime then offer to buschur to get coated and ported. How much of a pain is the cams to install?

You need a o2 housing, tubular header would also help, meth kit, all the little things will give you an advantage over some one else with a simililar tune but with less performance parts than you. Meaning you will win the street. And you and I know evo's are for racing.

The meagan is better than the stock cast iron manifold it helps to speed up spool up and would add more whp and wtq than a stocker would ported and whatever. I have a meagan manifold on the car and spool up feels faster and the car pulls a little harder and faster.

OP, good choice on getting rid of the mani.

Never had one myself but with everything I have read on here about it, there will never be one on my car.

Again, I would stress an upgraded IC.

Due to the fact that every summer here in the south it gets up to around 100 degrees and stays that way through the summer.

Your tuner upgraded his and was able to maintain the same power level in 90 degree weather here in memphis.

But that is just my .02.

What would be a reasonable priced choice in IC?

ETS 3.5". Some go with the eBay, but I wouldn't.
