Then when i wanted to get reflashed he modified the program so only he could flash it again, or what i did was find a program online that gave me access to als flash. Then i had to flash a stock 9 map on my car to get the mivec back on the ecu. My car is now ready to be retuned today at beyond redline. All i got was an ok flash from al and then all it after that was give me headaches this whole weekend.
please don't let your experience tarnish the reputation of the other e-mail/road/dyno tuners such as myself by lumping us all together

I use the correct ROM's for the vehicle and do not lock the ROM.

Moral of the story, dont go to Dyno flash. I was thinking about going to AL but with all the negative feedback i've read i ended up going with mellon and i couldnt be happier

Yes, I think that will be my route as well. I'll probably do Mellon tuning. So far, all I've heard is nothing but good things about it.

Run a few searches on TTP Engineering eflash services. You will not find an unhappy customer.

Hundreds and hundreds of eflashes sold with the in person experience tuning climates from Alaska to Puerto Rico. Eflashes sold from Hawaii to Germany, Dubai, Dominica, Chile on on and on.

The question was for a mail in flash service which is a canned tuned. I am all for road tunning services though frankly most vendors don't appear to give you that option. I know YOU are different.

Dyno tunes are better then a canned tune. I would venture to say a dyno tune is a great baseline tune from which a road tune should be derived.

Once a vendor establishes a history of eflash revisions as part of their standard eflash service, it is not a "canned tune".

Finally, something I can agree with you on.

+1 to that statement.

Cause to me, that is the only way to do the e-flash.
