13000 Miles & Only Oil Changes, What's Next?

2005 EVO MR 100% STOCK

i am the original owner, 2 auto-cross events, Sunday driver only, drove the first 1000 miles under 3000 rpm, first oil change at 500 miles, then 1500 miles & every 1500 miles after that or every 3 months, i changed the front tires with OEM, they wore down both on the inner edges.

I love this car and hope to keep her for many more years in great condition with low miles.
what services are recommended at this point? keeping in mind my situation

thank you

STOCK FLUIDS ONLY!! And I would change the differential fluids every 5K miles, way sooner then recommended. Thank me later for that tip. LOL.

You're really changing the oil too often.

I agree, too many harsh detergents in the Mobil1. I read somewhere, with Porsche's, they say DO NOT change the Mobil1 for 15K miles, due to the harsh detergents in the oil. Not sure where I read that, but the 3K mile oil changes would be good in the 1950's, but the new technology says don't change the synthetics that often. Good point Talon.

I recently was looking for Antifreeze. I wanted to use OEM. So I went to the Dealership. They wanted to sell me over store product for around $7, so I asked for Dealer product, and he said, one is left and it say "Subaru" Antifreeze, but for $27.
Any comments?
