Well, this is the noob section so here goes nothing
First of all, im a 16 year old kid, looking to buy an evo.
Hopefully getting one sometime next year in the month of march.

Heres the thing though, I reallllly like those evo's with the plaques or...decals i guess on the trunk that say IX or VIII or something like that...

Anyone know why some have it? Some don't?

Are you referring to the ones that say "Evolution V///" if its a 8 or "Evolution IX" if its a 9 and it reads across the truck?

basically, the US ones don't have that badging but a lot of ppl like it and put it on..

The badges you are referring to I believe come standard in England. But like the above post said you can easily buy them from venders on here like lanchershop

 

You mean the UK Evo Badge. The official one's cost around $90 or so and the ebay is like $30 or so.
